This is a very handy Ultraviolet UV lightsource that you can use around the home.

Please note that it gives out strong UV light that can damage your eyes and skin when viewed directly or placed in close proximity too. So be careful and do not give it to children to use without supervision.

The construction is the same as all of the other ARC AAA lights so please see the other reviews for more information on this.

I took some photos of the light in use on a 20 pound note. (the number 20 is visible on the bottom left hand corner under UV light only.) They show how useful UV light can be.

The dial of any Luminova of similar coated watch will glow brightly. It also charges the afterglow material so that it will glow when the light is removed.

Now I will have hours of fun looking at rocks and glass objects to see if they glow. (Must get out more)

I have also learn't that you can look for scorpions with UV as well. Not that this is a problem in the UK. Well not yet anyway.
